All employees are required to give one weeks notice IN WRITING of their intention to leave or more if applicable (taken from date received in the office). If no notice is given the employee will forfeit one weeks wages. (One week’s normal hours). Part time staff must work an initial 12 hours before they receive any wages. All work wear must be returned at the end of your employment to receive a return of deducted monies. (Full details are in the contract of employment form.)
Giving in-accurate information will result in delayed payment of wages. RGS Cleaning cannot be held responsible for this!
Failure to provide correct bank details or sufficient ID will result in the payment of your wages being delayed. We do not guarantee that you wages will be processed until the second Friday in each month at the latest.
All members of staff will be deducted £9 (or more depending on the items supplied) to cover the cost of uniform. This will be automatically deducted from your first wage, and will be returned on termination of you employment when confirmed with a supervisor that your uniform has been returned in a suitable condition.
