Keys Codes

on behalf of the customer throughout my employment and that I must return them when requested to do so. I accept that not returning any and all keys/fobs/swipe-cards etc., when requested to do so, is unlawful and classed as theft. Any cases of this will be dealt with by the appropriate authorities.

I understand that I am liable for any cost incurred should the locks/codes/readers etc. need changing through my own negligence. I understand that I am liable for any cost incurred should the alarm be triggered by myself or my actions/negligence, during the cleaning times. This also includes my entrance or exit from the contract. I will not tell anyone else this code / pass on the alarm fob to anyone, without the express permission of RGS Cleaning Ltd. I understand that if it is proven that I have informed anyone else of this code / passed on the key fob, without the express permission of the company, that I may be responsible should the alarm be triggered.

I understand that if I lose the above stated items, I will have to cover the cost of replacing them.

If I leave my employment with RGS Cleaning Ltd and do not return the keys immediately, I authorise for any costs incurred (such as replacement locks) to be deducted from my wage or charged to me accordingly.
