Uniform

I the undersigned agree that I have received the following item/s of uniform.
Your must purchase any uniform at the start of your employment (and if it is required at any other time).  This will be refunded to you if returned at the end of your employment in a suitable condition.

I understand that any charges for uniform will be returned to me on termination of my employment on confirmation that all uniforms have been returned to the company in a suitable condition, and not before. I authorise any further deductions to be made, if additional or replacement uniform is issued to me.
