Project Manager: Oversee the entire clearance operation, ensure compliance with this method statement, and manage the coordination of all team members. Site Supervisor: Supervise on-site activities, ensure that the team follows procedures, and handle any issues that arise during the clearance. Clearance Team: Perform the physical clearance of the property, including packing, removal, and disposal of items. Health and Safety Officer: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and conduct risk assessments as needed. Environmental Officer: Monitor environmental practices, ensuring that waste disposal and recycling are carried out correctly.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Gloves, safety boots, high-visibility vests, helmets, and masks (if required). Feedback will be collected from the clearance team and any issues will be addressed in future method statements.
