Site Supervisor/Manager: Oversees the floor cleaning and polishing operations, ensures compliance with the method statement, and provides training to the operators.
Machine Operator/Cleaning Staff: Responsible for performing the cleaning and polishing tasks as per the method statement, maintaining the equipment, and adhering to safety protocols.
Health & Safety Officer: Ensures that all safety measures are in place, provides necessary training, and monitors compliance with safety regulations.

Equipment:
Upright floor cleaning/polishing machine (single-disc or dual-disc)
Appropriate cleaning/polishing pads or brushes (e.g., red pad for cleaning, white pad for polishing)
Wet/dry vacuum cleaner (if needed)
Mop and bucket
Safety signage (e.g., "Wet Floor" signs)
Materials:
Neutral floor cleaner
Floor polish or wax
Water
Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and non-slip shoes

Preparation:
Inspect the floor area to be cleaned/polished, removing any obstacles or debris.

Cleaning:
