Cleaning Supervisor: Responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring compliance with the method statement, and providing necessary training and resources.
Cleaning Staff: Carry out the cleaning tasks according to the specified procedures, report any issues or hazards, and maintain the equipment in good condition.
Health and Safety Officer: Ensures that all safety procedures are adhered to and conducts risk assessments where necessary.
Environmental Officer: Monitors environmental impact and ensures that cleaning activities are in compliance with environmental regulations.
