Skin contact-May cause irritation and redness at point of contact. Eye contact-There may be pain and redness. The eyes may water profusely. Ingestion-There may be soreness and redness of the mouth and throat. Nausea and stomach pain may occur Inhalation-There may be irritation of the throat and feeling of tightness
First aid arrangements
Skin contact-Wash with plenty of soap and water. Eye contact-Bathe eye with running water for 15 minutes. Consult a doctor. Ingestion-Wash out mouth with water. If conscious,give half a liter of water to drink immediately. Transfer to hospital as soon as possible. Inhalation-Remove casualty from source.
Spillage / release action
Small spills can be handled with a mop and bucket. Large spills should be contained with sand or sawdust.
Work method and control measures
Dilute 1 to 4 parts water and apply to floor under supervision use a floor machine. Wear suitable clothing and eye /face protection Ensure there is sufficient ventilation of the area. ALL CONTAINERS LIDS MUST BE SECURELY FITTED WHEN NOT IN USE. ALL CONTAINERS MUST BE SAFELY STORED WHEN NOT IN USE.
